IIM Raipur launches executive leadership programme for founders

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has collaborated with the Academy of Digital Health Sciences. It is to launch the second batch of the executive leadership Development programme. The course is for aspiring founders, CEOs and senior management. Applications for the same has begun from August 1,2024.

The certificate programme is carefully curated, it includes lectures through the pre-recorded sessions, which will allow participants to learn at their pace. Moreover, it involves case studies which will offer real-world insights and live interaction with the faculty and industry experts. To enhance the learning during the course, workshops will be conducted at IIM Raipur. With hands-on training and practical exposure, which will prepare participants to implement their idea. While the candidates will be assessed based on case studies and quizzes.

Dr Ram Kumar Kakani, Director, IIM Raipur while addressing said, "It is a day of great pleasure as both the institutions have recognised Micro, Small, and Medium Hospitals (MSMHs) as having a critical role in driving equitable access to India's healthcare system and making it sustainable for all citizens. In this context, the gap that needs to be filled quickly is the lack of actionable insights into the emerging digital health paradigm.? Hence, we have co-developed this executive program to upskill the senior management further and unlock massive transformative doors."

The duration of the course is 6 months. During this time, the participants will cover 7 insightful and modules in-depth. It will incorporate lessons like, Governance where it will include governance for growth, finance, managing growth, economics of scope, future ready hospital, operating in digital age, operations and more.

The aim of the leadership programme is to transform the small health care organizations to smart health care organizations. The course will lay emphasis on hospital infrastructure, innovation, management, digital health, quality improvement, emerging care models and exploring new revenue system.
