TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Aaj Tak Campus National Aptitude Test (herein referred to ATCNAT/AajTak Campus and open for registration at https://www.aajtakcampus.in/register (hereinafter referred to as ATCNAT website)) are governed by these Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time at the discretion of T. V. Today Network Limited:

1. Individual students (hereinafter referred to Participant(s)) are eligible to participate in the ATCNAT in accordance with the eligibility criteria specified below.
2. By participating in the ATCNAT, Participants are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated herein. Participation in the ATCNAT is voluntary.
3. To be eligible to take part in the ATCNAT, Participants must conform to the following eligibility criteria:
   1. Be an Individual and participating for themselves and to gauge their own preparation levels;
   2. an Indian citizen residing in India;
   3. must be registered AajTak Campus user(s) or must have enrolled/registered for the ATCNAT during the registration period;
   4. have age and educational qualifications within the limits defined for eligibility by the relevant authorities of the specific competitive exam that they are appearing for.
   5. Before awarding any scholarships, ATCNAT reserves the right to seek such credentials with documentary and/or any other evidence (as they may deem fit) from such Participants as per the prevailing best industry practices. Failure to provide the credentials when requested, could result in termination of the eligibility of such Participant.
4. ATCNAT shall be conducted on such dates as may be specified on the ATCNAT page. ATCNAT may have such categories as required depending on variations in syllabus.
5. By creating a password-protected account with AajTak Campus, Participant can become a registered user of the Platform. Participant will be asked to input the credentials of his/her registered email id and password in order to create such an account. The Participant will agree to take full responsibility for all the activities that occur under his/her account by creating an account.

7. ATCNAT in each category will be of the same tenure as per the standard time of that exam. The Participant must submit responses to the ATCNAT questions while the ATCNAT and questions are active. Regardless of whether multiple/unique log-in credentials were used, ATCNAT are only available for one time participation by a Participant. If a Participant fails to log in when the ATCNAT begins, they will not be allowed to restart the ATCNAT. Participants are not permitted to log out and then log back in with the same or other credentials to complete or retry the test. AajTak Campus will not be held liable for any failure to log-in or complete the ATCNAT as a result of technical difficulties at either AajTak Campus' or Participant's end.
8. AajTak Campus may, in its sole discretion, restrict, disable, stop, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time and without prior notice to the participant. AajTak Campus retains the right to disable, deactivate, or terminate a user's account in the event of prolonged inactivity.
9. If it is discovered at any time that a Participant has engaged in unethical conduct, including but not limited to having prior access to the questions in the ATCNAT, using any circumventing technology/means to manipulate the product algorithm or external assistance, or any act giving the Participant an unjust or unwarranted advantage over other Participants, AajTak Campus may, in its sole discretion and without liability, cancel any scholarship or reward and bar the Participant from participating in any future ATCNATs.
10. We make no representations or warranties that this Platform will be error-free or virus-free. You acknowledge that there may be outages, errors, or delays on this website, technical difficulties with the performance or operation of our or another person's software, equipment, or systems, traffic or technical problems with the Internet, or infrastructure breakdowns can all cause outages, faults, or delays.
11. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage you may experience directly or indirectly as a result of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed via this Platform, regardless of how it was caused (including through negligence).
12. Participant's results in ATCNAT or any other competitive exams, depends on your ability to work through the questions and arrive at the right answers.
13. These terms and conditions are applicable and eligible from the date of launch of ATCNAT website.
14. AajTak Campus has the right to change the Terms and Conditions displayed on the Platform at any time. Acceptance of the modifications is implied by your continued access or use of the Platform and Services. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions displayed on the Platform at the time of such use will govern your access and use of the Platform and Services. Please check the Platform frequently to see the most recent version of AajTak Campus' Terms and Conditions.

Payment and Refund Policy

1. Any refund will be credited back to the same source which was used for registering ATCNAT.
2. Concerning any payments by credit card or electronic funds transfer, by submitting your information for processing, you authorise us to charge you registration fees (including taxes and any amounts agreed upon before registration) to your credit card or account.
3. If your credit card or account cannot be verified, or is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your registration may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
4. No refund or cancellation of registration fees will be done once the user has registered for ATCNAT unless the examination for which registration fees has been paid is being cancelled.
5. No refund will be entertained in case registration gets cancelled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
6. Ungovernable Factors: Any rejections/ approvals /responses by Govt Authorities or technical issues with Government sites including Government backlogs etc. are not within the purview of ATCNAT. These may lead to unexpected delays before completion of the process and factors like these are outside our control hence not eligible for refund.
7. Force Majeure: ATCNAT will not be considered responsible if there is a breach of its policies or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Participant for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
8. We reserve the right to change this payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time.
9. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
