The "AI for Leaders" program is jointly launched by TalentSprint and IIM Calcutta.

A new curriculum called AI for Leaders has been introduced by TalentSprint, a hybrid digital learning platform, and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta.

This 12-month course uses a case study-driven approach to instruction. 120 hours of immersive learning will be facilitated via live, interactive sessions with teachers from IIM Calcutta, top-notch course materials, informative industry sessions, assessments, case studies, homework, and capstone projects.

Two three-day campus visits to IIM Calcutta would be provided to candidates. We'll release the campus immersion timetable later on. Additionally, live seminars taught by faculty will take place every Sunday from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. 

Classes for the new Advanced Programme in AI for Leaders will begin from December 2024.

Eligibility

— Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed

— Education: Graduates / Post graduates in any discipline with minimum 50 per cent marks.

Experience: At least ten years of relevant work experience in a successful professional path.

For this programme, there is an application fee of Rs 2,500. The candidate must pay the registration cost of Rs 20,000 within 48 hours after receiving the selection message. Subsequently, the first installment of Rs 1.36 lakh must be deposited within 15 days of the registration fee being received. It would be necessary to pay the second installment of Rs 1.56 lakh by March 10, 2025, and the third installment of Rs 1.56 lakh by July 10, 2025. The entire cost of the programme is Rs 4.68 lakh.

The AI for Leaders program is intended for both present and future leaders, and it gives participants the know-how to use AI as a potent strategic instrument. Focusing on AI's capacity to facilitate company growth and transformation, the program equips leaders with the skills necessary to successfully negotiate the intricacies of the AI-driven environment and seize new possibilities.
